Witness support: Meeting witnesses in advance of trial to demystify the court process and to explain what to expect. We can attend hearings to take a detailed note and/or to offer moral support, particularly for anxious witnesses or those attending court for the first time.
Hearing preparation: Assistance with trial or hearing preparation, briefing counsel, and ensuring your case is ready for trial, preliminary hearings or case management conferences.
End-to-end support for litigated matters: Full handling of day-to-day case management where you wish to outsource procedural and evidential tasks, while ensuring you understand each step of filing, serving and progressing your claim.
